“Let go of panic.
The right path reveals itself when we look calmly and honestly and without hurry.”

One-to-One Guidance & Healing

Sessions can be online or in-person. We agree on a time that suits you for Zoom or a phone call. When schedules align, we can also meet in person — on neutral ground, at my office, or by arrangement in the U.S., Israel, or Canada. If it isn’t urgent, we plan an in-person visit in advance.

Calm, kind, fully confidential

The pace is humane: we lower the noise, look at what truly matters, and turn it into clear, practical next steps.

What we discuss stays between us.

Privacy first — no recordings, no AI tools

I keep only brief handwritten notes to track essentials. I do not audio/video record sessions and I do not upload conversations to apps, “smart” systems, or AI. This is a deliberate ethical choice to protect your privacy and reduce the risk of leaks, copies, third-party mining, or hacks. Your story lives in my memory — not on a server.

Why that matters

When we outsource decisions to apps and feeds, we slowly give up agency. In our work we do the opposite — we return agency to you. We replace panic with steadiness, confusion with a simple plan, and responsibility with action you can take today.

Your role

Come as you are. If fear is strong, we’ll start with stabilizing routines and simple practices. If a health, legal, or financial issue arises, I’ll recommend trusted, vetted professionals, and my guidance will complement — never replace — their care.

Therapies & Sessions

Protection, Boundaries & Clearing

End draining loops and unhealthy ties, strengthen personal boundaries, and restart safely.

Life Direction & Career Choices

Purpose, forks, and business choices without illusions. We outline realistic options and the next few moves.

Intuitive Reading & Guidance

A focused intuitive reading about your situation — with calm, practical steps you can use right away.

Family & Parenting Clarity

Understand what a child really needs: school changes, routines, or a psychologist — and how to support the family now.

Relationship & Marriage Support

See patterns behind conflicts, restore communication, and decide fairly — whether to rebuild or to part kindly.

Wellbeing & Early Attention Session

Notice warning signs, lower fear, and organize your next actions; when needed, I recommend routine check-ups.

Quick answers to what people ask most about my work — sessions, scope, ethics, languages, online or in-person, privacy, and referrals. If your question isn’t here, just ask.

1) What happens in a session?

We talk briefly about what brings you here, I tune in, reflect what I see behind the situation, and offer clear next steps or simple practices. Pace is calm, kind, and practical.

2) How long is a session?

Typically 50–60 minutes. Longer formats for complex cases are available on request.

3) Do you work online?

Yes. Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime or a regular phone call — choose what’s convenient.

4) Do you meet in person?

Occasionally in Israel and the USA (sometimes Canada). Dates vary — ask for current availability.

5) Which languages do you speak?

English, Hebrew, and Russian.

6) Is this a replacement for medical care or therapy?

No. My work complements evidence-based medicine and psychotherapy. I may suggest check-ups or specialist care when appropriate.

7) How should I prepare?

Come with one or two clear questions. A glass of water, a quiet space, and a notebook help.

8) How many sessions will I need?

Many clients feel relief after the first meeting. Some prefer short follow-ups to integrate changes. We’ll decide together.

9) Do you work with couples or families?

Yes. We can meet together or individually and then align the next steps.

10) Do you work with children?

With a parent/guardian present and when it serves the child’s best interest.

11) Confidentiality?

Absolute. Your story and contact details are private and never shared.

12) Payments & cancellations

Rates depend on format and location. If you need to reschedule, please let me know 24 hours in advance.

13) Emergencies or acute mental-health crises

Please contact local emergency services or your doctor/therapist first. My work is not a crisis service.

14) What outcomes can I expect?

Most people report more calm, clarity, and a concrete plan. You’ll leave knowing what to do next — and why.

15) Can I record the session?

Yes, for your personal use only. Many clients find a replay helpful.
